Wreck Diving in Cozumel

Various: Would you recommend Cozumel, Cayman Islands, Turks / Caicos or Jamaica?
Just curious to know what others recommend. My wife and I are each OWD with only about 30 dives. We love fish and coral – we're in shipwrecks or caves. If additional information helps … It is mid- the 30s, very comfortable with international travel, sometimes-Aware, the good sense to negotiate the adventure, but not great revelers. We are also interested in Puerto Rico San MartÃn and diving for reasons, but not sure if they have a good diving in these places? The trip will take place in December 2010 or January 2011. Thanks for any contribution may have!
Among those you mentioned, because I just collapsed and the Turks. Between these two is no doubt because as a first choice and that some of my friends who have plunged the other said, would Why go themselves. It is, after all, the northern extension of the barrier reef of 2 more in the world. To the south is the average position of diving Honduras, Belize and Costa Rica. Also excellent, but more expensive because of one island to another you have to do to access to some of the diving centers and remoteness. The Coz you get a good price (super value for your money anywhere, for all), to be relatively safe Yucatan him and the whole island is basically a dive shop / charter gala. It is their bread and butter beating divers all other tourists. There are reefs for all levels of experience, but keep in mind that this is mostly drift diving. You will not have much kick. The fauna is unique in that it is a park and corals are protected. No lobster or hunting. The nightlife is what you decide to do. It can be quite wild Carlos & Charlies, especially when cruise ships are in or can be run on the beach Resort hotels and refrigerate. Shopping is good, there is room in the market of San Miguel. Good food and the local area. You can rent a jeep or a punch buggy " and head on the east side of the island of Mayan ruins or body board surfing on this side of the island. There is the possibility of taking the ferry to the Riviera Maya or head to Cancun for a day trip. Heck … I know you say you are not in caves, but there are cenotes on MRI that can snorkel if you wish. No need to enter and those like Grand Cenote washes are popular sites for swimmers and divers. Myself, I'm going to Coz in a heartbeat (been twice). Too much diving and not enough time for diving.
