Playstation 2 Dark Cloud Want to Get Past Level 11 in Shipwreck?

I am stuck on this level as i cant find the right colour ring for Ruby

    I remember have a huge problem with this aswell. You will want to retrace your steps and open every treasure box you can find and search along the paths. Kill enemies along the way to get exerpeince and dropped items.
