Old Cartoon Question About Diving?

I remember a very old cartoon where the character when diving wearing an old fashioned diving suit. I remember a part where there was a fish in his dive helmet so he opened the little door over his face and let it out. I also remember a part where he is chased by a sword fish. He takes refuge in an old ship and the sword fish pokes his sword through the wood and the main character bends the sword so he can’t get loose.

    I’d look up some old 30s Warner Bros. cartoons and you might find it. There is an old Goofy Cartoon thats about How To Swim and that might be it. I’m not sure but I picture what you’re describing in that cartoon.
