Maldives Diving August 2011 – Part 1

Part 1. Scuba diving around Olhuveli Beach and Spa Resort, Maldives, in August 2011. Canon SX230 with WP-DC42 housing, shot in 1080p24 by a rank amateur underwater photographer ;-) Dive sites include Vaagali Caves, Seenu Giri, Kuda Giri Wreck, Guraidhoo Corner, Cocoa Corner, Vaagiri, Kandoo Kan, Lhosfushi Kuda Kandu, Kandooma Thila (which provided the eagle rays and most of the sharks) and Banana Reef. Thanks to Sun International Diving School and Christian, my buddy for most of the dives.

    Very nice video, did you use any video light when shooting the video?

    Hi! Thanks for the comment… No additional lighting used, just natural light, which was in short supply down at 20-30m. The camera coped fine though, fortunately. Glad you liked the video.
