How Can I Prevent My Freezer From Frosting Over All the Time?

So! I have an under the counter fridge with a small Ice box compartment. (no idea of the make) I broke the little door on the ice box so I accept that it will frost over from time to time. However it needs defrosting at least twice a week. Is there anything I can do to limit this? I have heard glycerine works does that mean I can use dove or imperial leather? How would I go about that?

I heard that rubbing alcohol works. Fill up a spray bottle with rubbing alcohol and spray away. Or you could buy a new one.

When you broke the little door on the ice box you converted your fridge into a freezer.Buy yourself another fridge.Sorry.
