Homework Help? if You've Ever Been Deep-Sea Diving Please Answer?

Ohkay so for this worksheet I have to do I’m having a little bit of trouble figuring this one out:

    Five? Hmmm….I can only really think of one, and that is to squeeze your nose shut with your fingers and blow, thereby equalizing the pressure in your eardrums. Don’t fly for 24 hours after diving. Make sure any fillings in your teeth do not have air pockets under them. Plan your dive and dive your plan. Spit a big, green loogie into your face mask – the greener the cleaner.
