Hi! I haven’t dived in Panama City only because it’s probably pretty unhealthy – it’s pretty to look at but the shores are rocky and trash tends to float in from time to time (doesn’t smell so nice either) – I lived in one of the buildings in the city on the water. I’d recommend researching some of the places on this site:

Bocas del Toro has some fantastic places – the city is better for shopping and dancing ;)

      Buena suerte!

No one..I mean no one scuba dives in Panama City, Panama
The Bay is so polluted with raw sewage and waste that it would be the last scuba trip you would take…great diving is located on the other side..in the Caribbean..not here. My suggestion..the Colombian island of San Andres…phenominal diving.

In GatĂșn Lake there is still the railroad the french used for the construction on the French Canal…
Also, (not in the city, but in the country) Portobelo, Coiba, Bocas del Toro, Contadora, etc.
