Diving – Wreck of the Scire- Italian Submarine – Ronen Benedek
The Scirè was an Italian submarine specialized in asault operations, sunk by the British destroyer HMS Islay and by coastal batteries about 20 miles North of Haifa during 1942. The hull was broken in two parts that lie close one to the other in navigation trim at a depth of -30m.
