    What? How is visiting this U-Boat different from visiting a place like Wounded Knee, Gettysburg, or any other famous battlefield (besides the fact that it is underwater)? Thousands of people visit places like Pearl Harbor every year, but they aren’t viewed as ‘scum.’

    Thousands of people don’t go inside the wreck of the Arizona with all the bodies inside.
    17 men died on this wreck.

    17 men were killed as they tried to abandon ship; the rest were captured and survived the war. I don’t think anyone went down with the ship. Is it a still a graveyard if it was abandoned prior to sinking?
