After Diving 99m Below the Sea Level, a Diver Uses of 3 Meters Per Minute for 7min .?

Were is the diver in relation to the surtace?

    I’m not certain what the question is asking, but I THINK I know.

    If I am correct, the diver is 99m down and now he is rising at a rate of 3 meters per minute for 7 minutes. So the diver starts at -99m since he is below sea level.

    -99 + 3(7) = -99 +21 = -78

    So he is 78 m below sea level after 7 minutes.
