The biggest problem people have is with the take off. Make sure you stand the dive up. In other words while you need to be a SAFE distance from the board make sure you are also getting hight. THen do not rush the dive. You have time. Get up in the air set the tuck bring your knees up then kick out hard for the water. On the back dive snap your legs up set your head then drop it in. Yea you might slam once or twice but you will get the hang of it. Do not rush the dive. Get hight and relax
iam try to find the same thing and i can do a half descent back dive all you have to do is set up for it bring your hands strat out from you shoulders bend your nees will swinging your hangs down and upand lean oh try doing a it off the side of the pool thats how i learnd thats what works for me
